There are pay lots close by to THE 101. Rideshare options are abundant in downtown Seattle, the light rail is just a 5 minute walk away and access to the street car is right outside our front doors! There are also great options for valet service.
Yes, we have a curated package designed to add a fun flair to your event and simplify your planning!
We provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests, along with cocktail tables. Linens are available through our epic vendor rental partners or your vendor of choice. We also include a beautiful modern industrial bar, perfect for your beverage needs.
We love having DJs or live music in our space and there is no curfew inside.
Absolutely! We have space for dueling pianos, skee ball, casino tables, mechanical bulls and other fun activities!
Food trucks are welcome! They simply park in the alley and bring the food inside — a fun and seamless way to add something unique to your event. Another great option are food carts!
We are BYOB friendly! You’re welcome to supply your own alcohol with a licensed bartender serving your guests, or bring in a full-service bartending vendor to handle everything from start to finish.
