What is the maximum capacity?
We can accommodate 200 guests seated for a wedding.
Who is responsible for event set-up and clean-up?
Your vendors will typically handle the set-up and removal of whatever they bring to the venue. And not to worry, clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) is included in your rental fee. For any additional needs, our planning services are a great way to help provide you with that extra hand.
IS THERE A KITCHEN AVAILABLE FOR CATERING?
We have a prep kitchenette available equipped with stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. Should you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required.
Can I schedule my wedding rehearsal at THE 101?
Yes, please reach out to your Client Concierge! We are happy to allot one hour for your wedding rehearsal, subject to availability.
CAN WE VISIT THE 101 BEFORE OUR EVENT?
Yes, we would love for you to join us for Walk Through Wednesdays from 2pm-8pm — meet our team and view the space with your planners, family, and friends.
