We can accommodate 200 guests seated for a wedding – and more if you are planning a moving style reception.
You might not know it yet, but having those extra hours for set-up (whether DIYing things on your own or hiring vendors to install) is HUGE. Ask any already married friend. And then having the ability to leave your things overnight and return the next morning allows you to avoid pricey late night pick-ups from vendors or asking family & friends to clean up your DIY items at the conclusion of the event. Save time, money and any hassle with our 10am to 10am rental!
Your vendors will typically handle the set-up and removal of whatever they bring to the venue. And not to worry, clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) is included in your rental fee. For any additional needs, our planning services are a great way to help provide you with that extra hand.
We have a dedicated space for you to store your personal items and sneak away for a quiet moment before or after your ceremony. For getting ready, we recommend booking a nearby hotel or Airbnb — Pioneer Square has plenty of great options just steps from the venue!
Yes, please reach out to your Client Concierge! We are happy to allot one hour for your wedding ceremony rehearsal, subject to availability.
We are BYOB friendly! You’re welcome to supply your own alcohol with a licensed bartender serving your guests, or hire a full-service bartending vendor from our list to handle everything from start to finish. Often catering teams can assist with this too!
