This package also includes event day coordination so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
You get everything included from Month-Of Coordination, plus, we’ll help guide you through the event planning process with creative direction to make sure your event reflects your style and vision. We’ll manage your booked vendors, discuss your ideas and how to implement them, review your vendor contracts and create a to-scale layout of your event set-up so you can focus on the fun stuff.
Perfect for the client that has done most of the planning, but needs a little help bringing it to life before the event. We step in 8 weeks before your event to finalize the details, create a timeline and be the main point of contact leading up to and on the event day. You can expect us to coordinate set-up and tear-down of your decor, organize all of your vendors and much more to make sure your event goes off without a hitch!
