What is the maximum capacity?

We can accommodate 200 guests seated and much more for a standing event.

Who is responsible for event set-up and clean-up?

You and your vendors will handle set-up and remove what they brought into the venue. We include clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) in your rental. All personal or event items must be removed by the end of your rental.

Do you provide tables, linens, chairs, bars or glassware?

We provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests. Linens are available through our epic vendor rental partners or your vendor of choice. Also included in your rental is a beautiful modern industrial bar, perfect for your beverage needs. We offer a range of decor items like draping and arches at an additional cost to customize your event.

Is there parking available?

There are pay lots close-by and there is access to the light rail just outside our doors or you can catch rideshare so you can travel worry-free.

Is there a kitchen available for catering?

We have a prep kitchenette available equipped with stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. Should you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required.
